Charles-Jean Boucher is a London based 2D animator and voice actor. He has produced a series of animations online including Alis Rowe's 'A Day At Secondary School For The Girl With The Curly Hair', winner of the Papaya Films Fund at the Cannes Court Métrage (Short Film Corner) in 2018.
