Victoria Chavez was born in San Diego, CA. She lived and studied in Tijuana, Mexico during her childhood. She moved to San Diego, CA to pursue a major in International Business. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business in August 2013. She has taken many acting classes in San Diego, CA.
