Sebastian Topan

Sebastian Topan is a Romanian film actor born in 1999. Since childhood he was fascinated by cinematography and acting, in 2016 even starting producing and directing skits on YouTube. In 2018 he became one of the best successful skits maker in Romania. In film's sphere he is best known for his leading role in "Usturoi" movie and for being the first Romanian actor winning two times in a row the National Acting Olympiad.
