Tomas Gold

Tomas Gold is an award-nominated British film director, writer, editor and cinematographer. Tomas' debut short film, Insomniac (2013) was screened at five independent film festivals in 2014/2015 including the Viewster Online Film Festival. His second film, an experimental short, .loneliness (2014) was screened at two film festivals in 2015. His third short film, A Stolen Broken Heart (2016) premiered and was nominated for one award at the 2016 Independent Days Filmfest in Karlsruhe, Germany. He describes himself as an art-house filmmaker and states that his inspirations include, Terrence Malick, Lars Von Trier, Steve McQueen, Oliver Irving, Jim Jarmusch and Richard Ayoade. He was born in London.
