Vance Aubrey Savage has written over ten screenplays. His first, "William Froste" is currently in pre-production - Directed by Michael Leavy and produced by Fuzz on the Lens Productions.
Previous to his career as a screenwriter, Vance was a co-host DJ at WVCR in New York. He continued working with music writing, recording and producing ten albums independently. For a number of years, Vance was also a music teacher (of five instruments) to kids and people of all ages. He has been a guest several times on the Red Peters Howard Stern show via Sirius Radio.
In 1989 he ran the international fan club for the rock band Accept.
Working in film, Vance stared as Private Calderone in the movie Shockwave the Robot.
Vance was also an illusionist. In 2012, he teamed up with magician Criss Angel to perform and give gifts to the children at the Children's Hospital in Albany, NY.
2015 saw Vance being interviewed by the Investigation Discovery channel regarding his great aunt, Mary Rogers. His interview was featured on the show Deadly Women airing worldwide.
In 2017 Vance began to speak professionally concerning his great aunt, Mary Rogers, the last woman executed in the state of Vermont in 1905. He has written a screenplay about her life and a book entitled "A Girl Named Mary".
