In short, I have been acting all through high school, singing and performing for Choir, played violin for 6 years 1st position, sang for church choir, performed in stage plays and musicals as the Lead Actor. Years later, I was in an episode of "That 70's Show". More recently as local film directors began to surface, i was cast in many local movies and a Fight Scene Choreographer for movies with fight scenes. I spent 12 years on ABC News, live at noon every week, ask the Ask The Expert on Fitness & Nutrition. I developed and owned my Personal Fitness Training company for over 30yrs. Endless sports, including bodybuilding, MMA Cage Fighting, Triathlons, Sand Volley Ball Championships, and much more... (2015 - ) I'm on radio for the Dr. Sam Show as his "Expert on Fitness & Nutrition". My dream passion has always been to be an actor.
