Valentina Signorelli

Valentina Signorelli was born in Bergamo, Italy in 1989. After obtaining her high school degree with the highest grade, in 2008 she moved to Rome. Here, she completed cum laude her BA and MA in Film Studies at Sapienza - University of Rome. In 2012, she won, along with the colleague Marco Borromei, the Silver prize in the category Reality TV Concept at the Hollywood Screenplay Contest, Los Angeles. In 2013 she moved to London (UK) where she is currently completing her PhD in Film Studies with a research on the relationship between film adaptation and technological development. In the past few years she has been working as a screenwriter in Italy and in the UK for several different film companies, both independent and high-budget ones. She writes fluently both in Italian and English. She lives in London, UK.
