Davide Abbatescianni

Davide Abbatescianni is an Italian director and scriptwriter born on September 16, 1991 in Bari, Italy. In 2013 he achieves a Professional Diploma in Stage Directing at ITACA - International Theatre Academy of the Adriatic as well as a bachelor of arts in Communication Studies at the University of Bari Aldo Moro. Starting from 2014, he pursues a master of arts in Documentary Filmmaking at the Baltic Film and Media School of Tallinn, Estonia, a prestigious and renowned film academy of Northern Europe. After teaching theatre arts in a public primary school and working as a director, assistant director, and actor for a number of Italian audiovisual and theatrical productions, he moves to Tallinn in August 2014, where he resides and prosecutes his directing work. During the stay in Estonia, he constantly works as a specialized researcher in the field of social sciences and media studies.
