Abraham Escobedo Salas (Zacatecas, México). Director. Graduated from the film school at the University of Guadalajara. His short documentary "B-boy" (2014) received a good number of awards at national film festivals, including a nomination for the Ariel (mexican film academy) prize. He won the Zacatecas State prize for the youth. His film thesis "El Barbero, a story about vigilantes" (2015) has been shown in festivals from Mexico, Brasil, Czech republic and Cuba. His next work "Seeing you again" won best short film in the Colima film festival. He is currently finishing another short documentary "Tastoan" with a national grant from Fonca-Conaculta and working on his first documentary future.
