Cezara Munteanu is a Romanian film and theater actress.She was born on October 2 1994 in Botosani, Romania. She graduated from National University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 2016 .In 2013, she plays first role in the movie Agoraphobia.Knows for work in films Tibi (2015), The Romanian Incident and Ploua cu Soare (2015).
