Nachiket Samant

Nachiket Samant is an Indian filmmaker who was recently credited for first feature, Gachchi, which is a Marathi film. Being a part of the organization committee of the Pune International Film Festival Nachiket was introduced to World Cinema and this gave him the opportunity to closely interact with international filmmakers. He went on to assist Marco Amenta, an Italian filmmaker. He has also written a Hindi feature film for Emmay Entertainment and is shooting a Marathi film for Saregama. His next Marathi feature Habbadi is in post production.
