Ryan Casselman

Ryan Casselman is an up-and-coming, award-winning filmmaker born in San Diego, California. Co-founder of the production company, A Focus Group, he has a specific interest in making films that matter. In 2014, he wrote and directed, "A Good Ol' Chap," which won 'Best Film' and 'Best Director' at the San Diego 48 Hour Film Project. He was also nominated for 'Best Director' at the 2015 San Diego Film Awards for the short film "Birthday Wish." In 2016, he wrote and directed "Con Boys," which won 'Best Film" at the San Diego 48 Hour Film Project. Recently, he directed his first SAG short film, "Our Barrio," in which he also co-wrote and co-produced with Yvette Angulo.
