Biography

George Moore started making films at the age of 4 when he created animations with toys on the family camcorder. His interest in animation developed over the next 10 years and his films received awards all over the world at young people's film festivals and animation festivals. In 2013, he was part of the BFI Film Academy in Norwich, and he was also on a team of young filmmakers creating a web series about local politics commissioned by Norwich City Council. Later that year he created his first official live action short film, with an adaptation of the Edwardian novel 'The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists' by Robert Tressell. The film was shot on location in 4 days with no budget, a cast of 6 actors and only 1 extra crew member each day. The edit was completed in April 2014.
