Sébastien Blanc was born in Lugano, Switzerland, and he is the last one of four brothers. He's been making films since he was 9, directing and writing small short films until 2011, when he moved to Bologna (Italy) to study screenwriting and directing at the Accademia del Cinema di Bologna. While in London, Sébastien and three of his colleagues and friends created SGA Pictures, an independent production company. Together they produced more than 10 short films and they are now working on several shorts and their first feature film.
As a writer/director, Sébastien wants to explore different kinds of filmmaking and tell various kinds of stories. He is now working on two short films, a short documentary and three feature films.
