Biography

Writer and filmmaker Jacqueline Loggins was born and was raised in Pelahatchie, MS. Throughout her teenage and early adult years she was a successful model and theatre actress. She studied Broadcasting and Theatre at Jackson State University in Jackson, MS only to leave school early and pursue a career as a freelance producer and graphic artist. After relocating to Atlanta, GA in 2012, Loggins decided it was time to pursue her dreams of working in film. The summer of 2012 she worked on and was cast in a small role in "Love Thang", which was submitted to the 48hr Film Festival in Atlanta, GA and in 2014 she wrote and produced her first film "If It Hadn't Been for Joe", in which she portrayed the main character. She has written and published two books The Sewing Machine and The Goodman Wife as well as a short story entitled Husband in Jar which will be produced into a film Spring 2014.
