Wrestler Buck Forrest was born Buck Forrester on March 7, 1947 in South Carolina. Forrest was trained by Horace Strickland and began his wrestling career in his early twenties in 1968. A popular indie wrestler on the Mid-Atlantic circuit, Buck fought matches in such states as Florida, Georgia, Chicago, Illinois and both North and South Carolina. Moreover, Forrest and fellow wrestler Bill White joined forces as a formidable fighting duo known as the Masked Medics. In addition, Buck also teamed with wrestler Dale Starr in the south, was a partner in promoting CFW Mid-Atlantic Wrestling, and was booked by the International Wrestling Association for a match at the City Auditorium in Danville, Virginia on January 7, 1976. Forrest died at age 54 on January 28, 2002.
