William R Phillips

William Phillips grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania. He studied writing at the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Master's Degree from the University of London. As of 2013 he resides in New York City and is the writer of the screenplays, "Mausoleum" and "The Bride-To-Be." He is currently working on his next novel.
