Ishmael Harris McKinstry is from Buena Vista, Georgia. He studied Theatre and Vocal Performance at Albany State University and Music Education at Georgia College. Theatre and performance credits include Smokey Joe's Cafe (Adrian); Dreamgirls (Curtis Taylor, Jr.); Grease (Johnny Casino) and the 2016 - 2019 Miss Georgia Pageants.
