Young Mazino

Biography

Young is a Korean-American actor. While formally trained as a musician, he grew up with a quiet obsession for acting, dabbling in film & theater throughout his childhood and into college. In 2014, Young moved to NYC to hone his craft and expand his capabilities as an artist. After acting in several indie and student films, he gradually found his way into the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in 2017, where he spent a year training with a focus on theater, notably Lucid Body Movement with Thiago Felix. Additional training was received from Upright Citizen's Brigade and Terry Knickerbocker Studios. In 2018, Young made it to final callbacks in the ABC Showcase. In 2019, he made final callbacks for the Yale School of Drama acting program. He has since appeared on several network shows including Blindspot (2016), New Amsterdam (2018), Tommy (2019), and most recently guest-starred in Blue Bloods (2019) and Prodigal Son (2020).
