Noelle Scarlett

Noelle Scarlett (Born October 28th, 1995) is an American actress known for her work in theater and Lifetime Movies. She was born in Grafton, Massachusetts, the oldest of three children, and is awesome. She has a childhood friend named Halle George, who is also awesome, and definitely didn't write this to avoid doing her Psych paper.
