Biography

Jim Anderson is a Retired Deputy Sheriff/Police Officer/Detective/Investigator out of Northern CA. After a tremendous 25 plus year career in the Law Enforcement fields, he stepped away and began a career in the Entertainment Industry as an Actor and Singer. Jim has over two decades as a Police Officer, Sheriff, Detective, Investigator, Law Enforcement Instructor, and Training Officer. He has spent over two decades coaching at the youth and high school levels. A decade of that was a High School Football Coach. Jim has had Principal, Supporting, and Featured roles. Jim is best known for his role in the 2019 HBO movie "Deadwood Statehood" where he stood side by side the George Hearst (Gerald McRaney) as Hearst's Henchman. Jim has multiple credits such as 13 Reasons Why - Season 3 (Football Coach), Contagion (Police Officer), Big Stan (Tower Guard), American Paradise (Police Officer), I Almost Got away With It and I faked My Own Death (Detective and US Marshal). Jim has been in other TV Series and such as Alcatraz and The Worlds Most Astonishing News. Jim is currently touring with his group Jim Anderson & the Rebels, performing to Sold Out Venues everywhere. He has been touted by Lifelong Elvis Fans as, "The Most Authentic Tribute to Early Elvis Presley and His Music, to Date!" Jim plans on continuing work in the Entertainment Industry.
