Sha-Risse Smith

Sha-Risse R. Smith is a writer, mother, and proud Harlemite. Her passion is bringing diversity to film by creating unique stories which showcase strong female characters. She has written five screenplays, of which Striver's Row is her first feature to come to screen. Her short film Fester premiered in The Golden Door International Film Festival, and was an official selection of TMC London Film Festival. When she is not writing, Sha-Risse manages an indie rock band and interviews local artists for her online magazine Rennie Renee.
