Kelly Marie Nicholson

Biography

Kelly Marie Nicholson was born in Queensland in 1994. She attended Warrawong High School in 2007, graduating in 2012 and completed her Bachelor of Digital Media at the University of Wollongong in 2016. Her first role was a community theatre production of Shout! The Legend of the Wild One at the Roo Theatre. This led to a number of other roles within local community theatres such as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet (2014) and Ellie Sattler in Jurassic: That's One Big Pile of Musical at the Sydney Fringe (2014). Her film credits include The Colour of Blood (2016) as Chloe London, Summer of Lee (2016) as Kim and the comedic web series Buffering (2016) as HR to name a few. She is currently working on a second feature film with a trailer to be released in 2017, which is in the pre-production stage as well as a number of other projects. Apart from her acting, Kelly is also a producer, director and writer, having created two original short films and producing Buffering, her first short, Mosby (2015) was accepted into the Wollongong Film Festival in 2016.
