Scott Raven

Scott Raven is the co-founder and performer with the "Mayhem Poets", an internationally touring spoken word group based in NYC, the author of "Sconnettts," an auto-biographical collection of Shakespearean Sonnets, and the creator and star of "Milkshakespeare." He grew up in New Jersey to a family of teachers, his dad a great influence on his athletics, his mom on his acting and poetry. He has a Theater and Journalism Degree from Rutgers University, has studied acting at the William Esper Studio, improvisation with UCB, Shakespeare and the Voice at Stella Adler and was a member of the Spoken Word Almanac Project and New Street Collective.
