Francesco Matano, known as Frank Matano, started uploading videos of his prank phone calls on YouTube at the age of 18, becoming one of the first webstars in Italy. His first appearance on tv dates back to 2009, when Matano joined the cast of the popular TV magazine Le Iene. In 2013 he made his film debut in Fuga di cervelli directed by Paolo Ruffini, who wanted him also in his next movie Tutto molto bello. In 2015 he was again in theatres with Alessandro Genovesi's movie Ma che bella sorpresa. In 2017 he starred in the Italian version of the tv series The Comedians. Since 2015 he's been part of the judging panel of Italia's Got Talent.
