D.D.R. Lawrence

D.D.R. Lawrence is the pen name of writer, producer, illustrator, Robert Doyle. A prolific music video producer, his first foray into the industry was in 1998, working with local, Miami artists. He continues to produce music videos as well as concert videos for a wide range of artists and record labels, and is developing a behind-the-scenes, documentary series for Telemundo entitled, "Una Mosca en la Pared," "A Fly on the Wall." In 2005, Lawrence's screenplay, the post World War I, period thriller, "Amongst Wolves," was optioned. Following "Amongst Wolves," two more spec scripts were optioned, "Disturbed," in 2009, and "Havana," in 2014. In 2012, he penned the gritty, four-part, police procedural, "Featherstone," and in 2016, he partnered with famed, Pittsburgh, PA, forensic pathologist, Dr. Cyril Wecht to write and produce another police procedural, "City of Champions." Lawrence created Three Stags Productions in 2012 to develop, finance, and produce independent feature films and scripted television and web series content outside the traditional network and studio systems. A small and innovative company, Three Stags is not only able to quickly adapt to the constantly changing landscape of the entertainment industry, but is in a position to work with some of the best and brightest talents in the world; driven individuals with a singular vision and purpose you will never find in the major networks or studios. In 2014, TS Entertainment was formed to oversee production on television, web, and film projects already handled by Three Stags, as well as production work involving studio recordings for bands, live events like concerts and festivals.
