Franklin Ritch

Franklin Ritch was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1994. Ritch found an early interest in film through stop motion animation. In high school, Ritch began a small web-series known as "The Last Resort News" that satirized school news programs. During his senior year of high school, he adapted his web-series experiences into his first short film. Ritch studied three semesters at Florida State University before finding a job at a production studio in Jacksonville. During his recreation time, he developed, wrote, and directed the first installments of the popular Youtube web-series, "The Chronicles of Alexander Hawthorne". Shortly after the release of the second episode, Ritch produced three more short films. The most recent of which, "Chatter Box", is scheduled for a release in May. Ritch also plans to re-release the five installments of "Alexander Hawthorne" and prepare for a full-length series based on the characters entitled "Aeons".
