Louis Chan

Louis Chan is a London based (UK) writer, filmmaker and editor. Growing up in Brent, London's most multicultural borough, and to a Chinese Malay Father and British Jamaican mother, cultural belonging and identity is a topic that spawned the idea for Chan's award nominated directorial debut short film Pastiche (2014). After working as a freelancer with frequent collaborator and DOP Kobbie Kessie, Chan set up his own production company, Fresh Look Films. Having attended the Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle in South West London, Chan is also fluent in French.
