Elgin Bathgate

Scottish born cinematographer, Elgin E. Bathgate, was born to parents Armstrong and Ellie Bathgate in 1983, in the Highland town of Elgin. He went unnamed for nearly two months until his father decided to name him after the town in which they had recently settled down in. In 2001 he moved to Glasgow, where he began working on a degree in film and television.
