Vanessa Ilia Peliotes

Vanessa Ilia Peliotes grew up in Michigan. When she was in high school, she had a desire to travel and go new places. Not having an opportunity to study abroad in high school, she willingly went to a private college-prep boarding school in Kentucky. From there, she went on to study general education at a four year college in Kentucky, eventually transferring to a four year university back home in Michigan where she is now a Senior studying International Relations and Theatre. Acting has always been a passion of hers and when she has the opportunity to act, she takes it, whether it is film, theatre, or small student productions. At her first college she had the opportunity to be in a traveling acting troupe where she gained many new skills and realized her true love for acting. The summer of 2013, when she moved back to Michigan, she auditioned for "She Lights Up Well" by Joyce Wu, and received the part as Anne-Marie.
