Ferenc Orosz is a Hungarian filmmaker with partially Russian roots. At the age of 11, he started acting in various school plays, but his obsession with movies started long before that. He started taking acting lessons at the age of 15, in the amateur drama group, "Expression". They've earned several awards in their career, including a "Best Actor" award for Ferenc for their latest play, "VRTO", which was also his directorial debut.
Before graduating in high school, he already directed a few, less important short films. In 2011 he went to college, where he met Ágnes Papp, his future collaborator. They've started working together on ideas, stories, short films, and most importantly, a feature film project. This collaboration resulted in his first feature film, "Agnes", a basically "two-men project" which he co-written, co-directed and co-produced with Ágnes, and also taken one of the main roles. Their partnership continues, with other feature films and music videos in the works.
