Mick Thomas

Mick Thomas is a Screenwriter, Director, Artist and Film Scholar from Ithaca, New York. He is very active in both traditional narrative filmmaking and avant-garde/experimental film. Most of his narrative works are allegorical accounts of important social issues delivered on a B-movie platter, the goal being to remain entertaining to the masses while peddling the ideas that drive him as an artist and as a human being. His art films tend to explore the dark side of the human psyche, surrealist and Freudian thought and irregular motion conceived through stop-motion animation of live action subjects.
