Jimmy Negron

Jimmy Negron is an American cinematographer and camera operator, based out of Brooklyn, New York City. At the age of 13, he started growing an intense passion for cinematography, after being mentored by, Theo van de Sande, ASC, on the set of, 'Big Daddy,' Jimmy's ongoing passion for evoking emotion through light and shadow, as well as his eclectic style of shooting, continues to place him on a variety of projects, across a wide range of genres and production types. Being a native New Yorker, his style and attitude has been greatly influenced by the city's natural electricity and diversity. No matter what camera he is using on a project, Jimmy will bring out the true soul of any project in a very unique and personal way.
