David Birner

I was born in 1983 in Linz to a French mother and an Austrian father. Although I came in touch with both cultures early on it was the American Cinema of the 80's and 90's that shaped me as an individual and influenced me deeply up to this day. At the beginning I wanted to be an actor, but over the years I was magically drawn to the director's chair. With several short films and music videos I learned my craft and finally awakened my inner passion as a director.
