Derek Norman

Derek is the owner of AdVantage Point Video and has been doing non-profit video work for Houston's Hard Rock and Heavy Metal scenes since 2010. He decided to direct the Heavy in Houston documentary film series as a way of expanding the reach for Houston's heavy music, co-produced by Rusty Conner and Mandy Bonvillion of Lone Star Metal Media and Manslaughter Entertainment respectively.
