Phillip Parnell

Phillip Parnell was born in 1984 in Birmingham, UK. Growing up he attended Great Bar Secondary School prior to studying Music Composition at the Birmingham Conservatoire. As an adult Phillip established himself as a photographer before turning his attention towards an acting career in the early 2010's, allowing him to creatively express in front as well as behind the camera.
