Andrés Nazarala

Andrés Nazarala was born in Valparaíso, Chile, in 1976. He has been writing film criticism for almost two decades in magazines and newspapers. He has been part of the jury in festivals like Toronto, Montreal, Moscow, Miami, San Francisco, Mar del Plata and Seattle. He is algo a filmmaker and a composer. His first film, "Debut", was part of the Chilean Competition in Sanfic (Santiago Film Festival). In 2019, his novel about cinema, "Hotel Tandil", came out in Latin America and Spain with positive reviews from critics. He lives in Buenos Aires.
