Spencer Maxwell

Spencer Maxwell is a filmmaker who grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. He has made hundreds of videos as well as dozens of short films throughout most of his life. He graduated from Temple University in 2015 and is currently (August 2018) a freelance videographer in Philadelphia. Spencer is primarily a writer, director, and editor.
