Biography

Drew Kenney was born in Phoenix, Arizona, as the youngest of four children to Linda and Mal Kenney. Drew graduated from Horizon High School in Scottsdale as a member of student government, the academic decathlon team, and as captain of the varsity lacrosse team. After high school, Drew certified as a nationally registered E.M.T. and spent three years volunteering with Phoenix area fire departments before achieving his bachelor of science degree in business from Arizona State University. While attending college, Drew spent eight months abroad launching his career as a professional model while also studying international business at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. After college, Drew moved to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for acting. In 2013, Drew was cast as a contestant on ABC's The Bachelorette Season 9, appearing in 13 episodes. Following his appearance on The Bachelorette, Drew has appeared in such shows as American Horror Story, The Bold And The Beautiful, The Catch, Adam Ruins Everything, and Veronica Mars. In 2015, Drew was cast as the sarcastic ex-convict, Alec, in his first feature film Blood Trap starring alongside Vinnie Jones, Costas Mandylor and Gianni Capaldi. The film released in 2016 and received a nomination for best motion picture at its premiere in the Catalonian International Film Festival in Sitges, Spain. In 2016, Drew was cast as Niko, starring alongside Danny Glover, Udo Kier and Andrea Zirio in a modern take of Homer's classic, Ulysses; A Dark Odyssey. Ulysses was Drew's second movie filmed in Italy in as many years and released theatrically worldwide in 2018. Drew has continued his training in Los Angeles at the Nancy Banks Actor Studio, The Second City in Hollywood, and the Ivana Chubbuck Studio.
