Chris Bale originates from the North East region of the UK and spent a good deal of his adult life in West Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Chris Bale is the son of former Northumbria Police Officer, William Frank Bale (deceased) who was born in Uccle, Brussels, Belgium and his mother, Maria Bale who spent most of her later working career with Newcastle University.
Chris Bale finally decided to leave the UK in 2010 to settle near Brussels in Belgium due to his late father's side of the family originating from this area and his love for the country of Belgium and the more relaxed lifestyle and attitude there.
