Carmen Torres is an American actress, writer, and filmmaker. She was born in San Diego, CA. Her nationality is mixed with Puerto Rican, Native American, and French-Canadian. Carmen studied film from a young age and throughout high school. She first pursued her career in New York City and now resides in Los Angeles. Most recently, she founded an all female based production company
