Stefano Anselmi

Born in Milan, he has been working between Rome and Milan, he starts as first assistant director for cinema and tv series. Giacomo Battiato, Andrea Molaioli, Sergio Martino and Carlo Vanzina are some of directors that he assisted. As director, he shot tv series ("Agrodolce"), commercial and corporate films (Sky Italy, Poste Italiane, University Bocconi). Recently he has been working in new media installation (holography, augmented reality, 360° VR): he directed an holographic theatre for Expo. He wrote cinema essays for the publishing editors Il Castoro and Mursia. He has been teaching cinema production and direction in the Civic Cinema School "Luchino Visconti" of Milan. His short film "Alice", with Isabella Ragonese, won awards in Italy and foreign countries and came to the theatre for the Istituto Luce.
