Biography

A small town Texas boy with a personal goal and motto of "Embrace Your Authentic You," Nathan L Henderson has been in love with acting since childhood. After High School he took time off from acting for basic training in the US Army Reserve, with the plan of returning to a theatre education while serving in the Reserves. A Mobilization to Active Duty on September 11, 2001 jump started Nathan's 9years of Active military service. Over the years through many military assignments, he managed to find a way to perform in the arts. From entertaining coworkers, to skits for deploying troupes, to comedy showcases, Nathan found a place to perform. Once settled, he became a Member of the Board of Directors and a Lead Actor for a Fine Arts Association in Mid-Missouri, where he served 6years. In 2008, Nathan founded, "The Spicy Players," a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre Troupe, running 9 seasons . He later joined the Cast of Skinny Improv Comedy Theatre of Springfield, MO for a spectacular run in the weekly show "Improv Sports." In 2010, Nathan began teaching Theatre Arts for home school organizations with MirrorLamp Productions, an arts education and entertainment company he founded in effort to educate others in theatre/acting arts, shining a light on the arts in smaller communities. During that time He was signed by Images Agency, cast in several infomercials and even landed an extras role and eventually a Leading role in Gospel Publishing House's children's series, "Faith Case," alongside some of his students. In 2013 Nathan ended his Homeschool Theatre program, left the Spicy Players in the hands of a Trusted Friend & Acting/Directing Mentor, and Landed a role in his first feature film "Trehouse." Nathan now resides in NYC. No stranger to the ups and downs of life and success, he has launched NLH Coaching, a successful Life Coaching practice, and still continues acting, appearing recently in the short film "Death oh Death," and working as a content creator on an acting web series "Inside The Actors' Hustle."
