Attended Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado (1994 to 1998). Educated in the 'Film and Video Production Technology' program. Served in the U.S. Army from 1986 to 1990. In the U.S. Army Reserves from 1993 to 1994. Attended bear Creek High School in Lakewood, Colorado from 1981 to 1985. Is a single father of 2 boys, 21 and 19 years old.
