Shirley Maria Noel was born in Welland Ontario Canada When Shirley is not working as a Medical Device Technician, her passion and energy is directed towards a variety of things such shopping for creative and unique fashions, seeing the world, planning charitable events and walking her Weimaraner dog Buxston. Shirley's number one passion is honing her Acting skills and building her portfolio.
