Anissa Matlock

Anissa Matlock was born in Augusta, GA and is the oldest of three children in a military family. She began entertaining at a young age through backyard plays and community theatre, and went on to major in Theatre at Clayton State University, transitioning into acting for Television and Film in 2012. Her first televised role was a bit part in season 5 of AMC's 'The Walking Dead' (2015). Since then, she has booked roles FOX shows; 'The Resident' and 'The Gifted' (2018-2019), as well as 'Reprisal' on HULU (2019). On the big screen, Anissa Matlock is supporting in the highly anticipated feature film 'Beast Beast,' directed by Danny Madden and produced by Alec Baldwin, which world premiered at Sundance 2020. Additionally, she appears alongside Gerard Butler in his newly released disaster film 'Greenland.'
