Terrence Shingler

A native of Washington, DC, Terrence is an actor and singer best known for his role on Season 6 of the STARZ hit TV Show "POWER". He has been performing since the age of 2 captivating audiences around the country performing at such places as The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. He previous appeared as Big John in the Forest Whitaker and Pharrell produced Netflix biopic "Roxanne, Roxanne" about the early life of 80's female hip-hop pioneer Roxanne Shante, where he stars alongside Oscar Award-Winning actor Mahershala Ali. The film also stars NAACP Image Award-Winning Actress Nia Long along with A-List cast and is currently showing on Netflix. Shingler's TV credits include, two hit FOX series "STAR" and "GOTHAM", CBS' "BULL" and has appeared on the hit NBC series "MANIFEST". He also appeared in the ABFF Award-Winning Film "ALL IN" which appeared on BET Networks' sister channel BETHer. You can catch him in several current projects including the 2020 Sundance Film "FAREWELL AMOR" and the Holiday movie "Christmas in Carolina" where he stars alongside 90's hit TV show "Family Matters" alum Kellie S.
