Billy Surges

Billy Surges is an actor, writer, and director born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Starting originally on the stage, Billy has performed in numerous plays and musicals in the Chicago area as lead and supporting roles. Making his cross-over into film on Ramin Bahrani's "At Any Price", Billy has made a name for himself on the local indie film circuit. 2013 is proving to be a big year for him...stay tuned.
