Martin Ivanov

Martin Ivanov was born in 1989, in Skopje, Macedonia. In 2014, he finished his studies at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje in the department of Film and Television Editing. His debut feature editing was in the film Secret Ingredient (2017) by Gjorce Stavreski. In 2017, he started the independent production company "MI FILM" with the actor Ivica Dimitrijevic, producing the feature film Kopanje (2018) and developing another feature with the working title "TM". Ivanov is a co-director and editor on both of these films. He is also the co-writer of the feature film in development "Sister" by Dina Duma, the winner of the Post Pitch Award at Connecting Cottbus in 2016. At the moment, he is editing the feature fiction films Lena i Vladimir by Igor Aleksov and "All Against All" by Andrej Kosak. He has been working as an assistant editor on numerous feature and short films.
