Cleo Tellier was born in Montreal, Quebec on October 26, 1994 and moved to Toronto, Ontario in 2011 to pursue her acting and filmmaking career. Cleo is a voice and commercial actor who started her career as a child. She studied dubbing at Syllabes Academy and acting at Armstrong Acting Studio. Cleo Tellier is mostly known for her short film Mishka, which got over 50 million views on Youtube, making it one of the most viewed short film in the history of Youtube.
